VIEWING PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND MAKING COMMENTS ON CURRENT APPLICATIONS

In order to view an application and submit comments you will need to search our planning databases. The following options are available:-

(a) search just by planning application number

If you have the planning application number (eg: TA/2005/999) to hand, then this particular search goes straight to the planning application details without the need to bother with an address

(b) if you know the current address of a property you can use the ‘Property Search’ option to look up application details. Please note however that this search option has its limitations when dealing with addresses as it requires you to know the current address of the property which, if different from yours, may mean that an application is not found. Likewise, sites without a postal address (such as a field or a plot of land) may also be missed

If looking for applications within a ward or parish choose from select/sort option

(c) comment via looking an application up on the Weekly List - use the Planning and General Registers option if you are interested in looking through the Weekly List Register of newly validated planning applications
