Please note, you must quote the planning application reference number, your name and address, and ensure we receive your comments by the date set out on the letter we have sent you or on the application summary page on this site.
As we receive hundreds of comments on applications each year it is not possible to acknowledge receipt or respond to your comments directly. Comments sent in writing or through this web site will be taken into account in the consideration of the application and we will let you know the decision. You may wish to let us know your telephone number or e-mail address so that we can contact you if circumstances with the application alter.
If the application is to be determined by the Development Control Committee you can ask to speak at the meeting. Further details are on the web site.
Your comments will form part of a public document which will be available for public inspection at the council offices.
