Planning Services On-line

Amongst the key features our Planning Interactive service offers are :-

• Quick links to most popular parts of the service
• Advice and information on planning, appeals and enforcement matters
• Submitting and paying for planning applications on-line using the official national web based system known as the Planning Portal
• Details of current or recent planning applications, including on-line viewing of scanned plans, committee or officer reports and decision notices
• On-line comments service for current applications
• Viewing the Council’s current local plan and proposals map on-line together with options to search key monitoring data
• Options dealing with planning appeals and enforcement investigations- including a facility for reporting possible planning contraventions
• A customer services section which includes details of our performance, an e-questionnaire on customer satisfaction with our planning service, and an e-mailing contact list
